Code Enforcement Magistrate
The Special Magistrate will hear numerous code enforcement cases involving sea turtle protection, noise violations, and unpermitted work. The session includes discussions on property maintenance, solid waste disposal, encroachments, and the certification of fines.

The Code Enforcement Magistrate heard numerous cases. Several sea turtle protection cases were continued to August 25, 2026. Multiple violations were found guilty with fines and compliance deadlines, including a $2,500 fine for illicit discharge at 350 Henderson Court. Other cases were closed or compliant prior to the meeting. Certification of fines and a mitigation request were ordered.

City Council
