The Board approved Conditional Use Permit CUP-25-000097 for open rack boat storage at 951 Bald Eagle Dr. with conditions and agreed to forward a recommendation to the City Council to approve the proposal as presented, on a 6-1 vote. All three items were continued from the June 5, 2026 meeting.
