Neenah Public Library Board of Trustees Meeting Minutes – August 19, 2026
The meeting of the Neenah Public Library Board of Trustees held on August 19, 2026, in the
Orlady Community Room, was called to order by Fieldhack at 4:01 p.m.
Members present: Carol Codner, Frank Cuthbert, Tami Erickson, Randy Fieldhack, Ben
Frank, Kate Hancock-Cooke, Michael Koller, Jenn McMahon, Pat Rickman, Kay Doiron, and
Emmaxia Rockweit.
Also present: Nicole Hardina-Wilhelm, director; Nancy Baird, circulation services manager;
Mehta Hess, adult services manager; Katrina Wulff, youth services manager; Elsa Thiel.
Members excused: Lisa Hemes, Elizabeth Irish.
Minutes
On motion of Cuthbert, seconded by Codner, the Board unanimously approved the Library
Board meeting minutes of the July 15, 2026.
On the motion of Rickman, seconded by Cuthbert, the Board unanimously approved the
minutes of the August 5, 2026, Finance and Personnel Committee Meeting.
Koller arrived at 4:05 pm.
Bills for consideration
On the motion of Erickson, seconded by Codner, the Board unanimously approved
payment of the August bills.

FINANCE AND PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES
August 5, 2026
The Finance and Personnel Committee meeting was called to order at 2:14 pm in the
Carpenter Room.
There were no public questions or comments.
Members present: Chair of Finance & Personnel Committee Pat Rickman, Michael Koller,
Randy Fieldhack, and Beth Irish. Also present: Nicole Hardina-Wilhelm, Library Director.
Director Hardina-Wilhelm presented the 2027 Operating Budget request.
The Committee discussed the line items within the Operating Budget. The director
answered questions about specific items and budget requests. The director noted that
some numbers are estimates and are awaiting firm numbers from the Finance Department
(salaries, health insurance, etc.)
After a thorough review, on motion of Rickman, seconded by Fieldhack, the Finance &
Personnel Committee unanimously approved the 2027 Operating Budget as amended and
will recommend its adoption by the Library Board of Trustees.
On motion of Fieldhack, seconded by Irish, the Finance & Personnel Committee adjourned
at 3:20 pm.
