Commission will consider a ground lease agreement with Ballard Aviation
The Newton City Commission will review several consent items, including minutes from the April 28 meeting, a temporary closure of Athletic Park Circle for the Cookie Daze 5K, and a building inspection agreement with the City of Peabody. Commissioner Newell moved and Vice Chair Buller seconded to approve the
minutes. Motion carried unanimously.

Likiardopoulos noted that this was a request for replacement of 3 upper story
windows at 417 N Main, commonly referred to as the Clayworks
building. The replacement are
a composite, one over one single sash windows, and will be keeping the same stone frames.
Hanson asked if the commission had any questions or comments. There was none.
