Orange County Broadband Authority Board Members in attendance were, Eduward M. Van Hoven,
Chairman, Keith F. Marshall, Vice Chairman, J. Jason Capelle, Crystal D. Coleman, and J. Bryan Nicol.
FiberLync (Orange County Broadband Authority) staff members Josh Crawford, Director of Operations,
and Karla Shifflett, Administrative Services Manager, were also present.
Chairman Van Hoven called the meeting to order at 4:29 pm
RE: ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA
At the request of Chairman Van Hoven, the Authority approved amending the agenda to add an item
regarding the proposal to move Authority meetings to a quarterly schedule (Item F).

On the motion of Mr. Marshall, seconded by Mr. Capelle, which carried by a vote of 5-0, the Authority
