Myer agreed, stating that additional information about the event was needed before acting.

Councilor Myer reported having inspected the property and stated that the existing sidewalk
currently extends from West Bridge Street only partway along the property. The request is to
extend the sidewalk to Cayuga Street. Councilor Myer added that, during a conversation with
Jeff McGann, he had discussed the proposal with Director of Code Enforcement, Michael
Cleary II, and neither anticipated any issues with the requested sidewalk extension.
