Visalia City Council

The City Council authorized staff to apply for up to $5 million in state Encampment Resolution Program funds to support the Visalia Navigation Center and permanent housing programs. A conceptual design for a new 5.5-acre neighborhood park was approved with a modification to move the playground closer to the backstop.
