Mr. Brown said this is a final minor land development application, and under this submission, the
applicant is proposing to convert an existing 3,006 sq. ft. bank into a Taco Bell fast food
restaurant, along with associated site improvements, including but not limited to a drive-thru, a
concrete walkway, an ADA parking space and ramp, and a trash enclosure.
Mr. Mike Molly, Attorney representing the applicant, said we received a review letter from the

The Meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order at 7:03 p.m. by Joe Milano.
PRESENT: Joe Milano, Lauren Greaves, Emily Cooper, Daniel Kaye, Elaine Cassidy Shanahan, Maurie
Markman, Liz Fitzgerald, Terry Waslow and Diane Moskal. Aaron Krauss was unable to attend.
MINUTES: Motion to approve the Minutes of May 18, 2026, was made by Joe Milano, seconded by Maurie
Markman. Motion approved.

TREASURER’S REPORT:
The May 2026 Treasurer’s Report was reviewed by Joe Milano in Aaron Krauss’ absence and will be
filed for audit.
Penn Community Bank - increase in balance reflects money we liquidated
Penn Community Bank CD closed in March
Investment acct. gain $46,000 in May, $88,000 year to date.
Building endowment increase $22,000 vs $32,000 changes in allocation when we changed it to cash.
Changes to balance sheet are due to changes to recognition of certain accounts. These will be $0 going
forward (some of the accounts are revenue so are seen otherwise).
Revenue – Meeting room revenue is $0, off $417. This will be $0 based on the revisions we made. It
won’t be removed as a line item. It has brought in $615 dollars this year to date.
Row 4090 is special income reflected from book endowment.
Water is currently a variant. We are under budget month to month but over year to date

Spiegelman created our logo that is shown on our shirts tonight. The EAC has seven appointed
members, four associate members, and a student associate member. We advise the Township on
resources and promote education about management on protecting resources and conservation.
We work with staff, other Township committees, and collaborate with environmental groups. We
also participated with statewide EAC networks last fall.

Approval of Meeting Minutes
Patricia called the meeting to order and the June Minutes
approved without comment.

Eagle Scout Project
Patricia introduced Huck Carswell, a resident Boy Scout
Troop 97 Member inquiring about partnering with the STC
for his Eagle Scout project – door to door tree give away in
the Brentwood Manor neighborhood.
The project would begin in early summer 2027,
canvassing for interest in August 2027, tree plantings in
October 2027.
Patricia and Huck discussed the process internally within
the Boy Scouts, he would have to submit a plan and
application to them for approval.
Huck estimates 340 residences in Brentwood Manor and
his goal would be to place a tree in 1/3 of them. He
believes most people would plant their own trees if he
supplied them.
