Commissioners to vote on $39.5M Erwin Montessori school construction funding

The Guilford County Board of Commissioners will consider amending the Erwin Montessori School capital project ordinance, increasing its total budget to $51,031,620. The additional $39,476,006 in bond proceeds covers higher site preparation and onsite costs, offset by savings from completed Claxton and Peeler-Hampton elementary projects. The board is also asked to authorize staff to take necessary actions to amend or adopt project ordinances.
