CITY OF SAN JACINTO PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the regular meeting of the City of San Jacinto Planning
Commission scheduled for January 27, 2026, has been adjourned.
All public hearing items that were duly noticed and published for the January 27, 2026, Planning
Commission meeting are hereby continued to a date certain and will be heard by the Planning
Commission at its regular meeting on February 24, 2026, at 6:00P.M. at the San Jacinto
Community Center, located at 625 S. Pico Avenue, San Jacinto, California.
The continued items include the following:

A proposal by Taylor and Clark Consulting on behalf of Richard Michael and Ramona
Dairy, LLC, to establish a master -planned residential development consisting of 419

• Sanderson Crossroads Shopping Center (PROJ23-0021)
A proposal by Rancon to establish four restaurants with drive -thru service, a 20,000
square foot grocery store, a 10,000 square foot building for retail shops, and a 194,144
square foot self-storage facility within the Sanderson Crossroads Shopping Center.
