ASRC Meetings
ASRC to review and recommend updates to Lincoln County ambulance service plan
The Ambulance Service Review Committee will discuss quarterly ASA compliance reports for FY 2025‑26 Q2 and address provider concerns. Members will follow up with County Commissioners on dispatch reporting issues. The committee will review the ASA plan and prepare recommendations for the Board of Commissioners as part of the upcoming plan renewal process. A resignation of member Jeff Trapp and approval of the 11/12/2025 minutes will also be addressed.

REGULAR MEETING OF JANUARY 8, 2026, AT 3:30 PM

I. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Robert called the meeting to order at 3:41 p.m. Fair Manager Tower and members of the Board
gave a tribute to the late Commissioner Claire Hall and acknowledged her contributions to the Fair and
the Fair Board. A moment of silence was held in Commissioner Hall's honor.
II. ROLL CALL - ESTABLISHMENT OF A QUORUM
Chair Robert, Vice Chair Butterfield, Fair Manager Tower, and Irma Jimenez attended the meeting in
person. Todd Williver and Andrea Summerlin appeared virtually. A quorum was established.
III. DECISION/ACTION
A. Election of Officers
Vice Chair Butterfield nominated Colleen Robert as Chair for the 2026 calendar year. Andrea
Summerlin seconded the motion. The motion carried.
Andrea Summerlin nominated Todd Butterfield for Vice Chair for the 2026 calendar year. Chair Robert
seconded the motion. The motion carried.
