BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
The Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on a variance request to increase the maximum fence height from 3.5 to 8 feet along the western property line for up to 18 feet into the front setback at a drive-through coffee shop. CITY COUNCIL
The Oldsmar City Council approved a $2 million purchase and development agreement with Stanbery Development Group for approximately eight acres of city-owned land to create a mixed-use Town Center. The council also adopted an ordinance regulating golf cart use on park roads, revised the fiscal year 2025/2026 budget, and approved several infrastructure and utility contracts. Staff will host three public open houses to gather community feedback on the Town Center plan before finalizing the agreement.
