I pledge allegiance to the flag, United States of America, and to the republic for where which it stands, one nation, but under God, the indivisible , with liberty and justice for all. Thank you. All right. So as this is a workshop, as everybody knows, it is a very, very limited agenda. So at this point, I will turn the floor over to our town manager, Ralph Casals. Ralph? Thank you, vice members of council. I know that I think Councilmember Duncan is going to be joining us online via Zoom, so he's also present. Thank you, and thank you for the public that's here tonight and the folks watching at home. This is our second budget workshop that we have. The first one was our budget visioning session that occurred on June 17th. So what I'd like to do at this point is just have the clerk bring up the PowerPoint presentation. We'll go through a PowerPoint presentation by mayor and council members, and then we'll go into individual departments and kind of got skimmed through that process there. Once again, the budget detail workbooks is posted on our website. And then also, I would like to see if I could have the clerk's office just a new wrinkle this year. If we could go ahead and also post this PowerPoint presentation. So in case folks don't want to watch the video, they can click on to the presentation as well. So thank you, Mauricio. Just ano …

Good evening, everyone. Today is Wednesday, July 8th. Welcome to our Anacolor Bay Zoning Workshop. Mr. Clerk, if you could please take the roll. Councilmember Duncan? Here. Councilmember Ramirez? I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. All right. Good evening. First, this is our zoning workshop, and as you all know, we have two sessions. First session gives the opportunity for the public to view the project, take some looks at it, and then the second session is for the advocate to present it to the council. So first session starts now. Second session will start at 630. And Roger, there's no way we'd start earlier if they finish early, right? If there's absolutely no further community input, we could probably start earlier. All right. Well, I'll let you know. And Julian, I don't think we need to present anything until we get started at 630. So is that correct, Raf? Yes. Thank you. Yeah. This is the first phase of a two-phase presentation. And at this time, the floor is open to the general public and yourself to ask any questions of the applicant who's here with us this evening. And with that, we're ready to open up the first phase of the presentation. All right. First phase. …
