Hosptial Finance Authority

The Saginaw Hospital Finance Authority will first approve minutes from its February 13 2020 and December 9 2025 special meetings. It will then consider a resolution that authorizes the Authority to issue Hospital Revenue Bonds (Series 2026L) for Covenant Medical Center, with a principal limit of $48,000,000, a maximum yield of 6.5 % and a maturity no later than July 1 2057. The resolution also delegates the Chairperson, Secretary or Treasurer to negotiate and execute the bond purchase agreement with Piper Sandler & Co.
