The Seabrook Board of Adjustment denied a variance request by Jesse and Adrienne Ryholt to reduce the side-yard setback at 2910 N. Island Drive, which they said was needed for wheelchair accessibility. All five variance findings failed on 5-0 votes, and the variance was denied.
