Call to Order
Mayor Girard called the meeting to order at 6:06 pm.

Technical Advisory Committee
Technical Advisory Committee reviews multiple residential and civic development plats
The Bixby Technical Advisory Committee will discuss and review several plat proposals, including the preliminary plat for Greyhawk Village (15.60 acres, 50 lots), the preliminary plat for Greyhawk Phase I (17.46 acres, 61 lots), the final plat for City West (16.0377 acres, 1 lot), the final plat and alley closure for the Bixby Performing Arts Center (2.2096 acres), and a lot split for Henson Square at 3350 E 151st Street S. The committee will also approve the minutes from the December 3, 2025 meeting.
