Town Council

Town Council
The Town Council will consider a consent agenda with multiple items, including approving development contracts and 99-year ground leases with Community Home Trust and Habitat for Humanity for the Homestead Gardens affordable housing development. The Council will also discuss campaign contribution limits, receive an update on Complete Community implementation, and review the Land Use Management Ordinance update. The Council unanimously approved a consent agenda authorizing development contracts and ground leases with Community Home Trust and Habitat for Humanity for the Homestead Gardens affordable housing development. Also awarded a $2.36 million contract for Fordham Boulevard sidepath construction, enacted code amendments restricting left turns and prohibiting discrimination, and authorized the Town Manager to extend an option to purchase the Wallace Deck in closed session. The meeting was continued to June 22 for further discussion on the Land Use Management Ordinance update.

Planning Commission

Historic District Commission
The Historic District Commission will approve minutes and consent items, including a certificate of appropriateness for 403 McCauley Street and a scrivener's error correction for 209 N. Boundary Street. New business includes applications for 111 Ridge Lane, 214 McCauley Street, and 118 Mallette Street. The commission will also interview a candidate and discuss proposed updates to design standards and levels of review.
