Is it going to be once a month on a special session, twice a month on a special session, on your regular agenda, all your agendas? That's the only thing I haven't heard an agreement on. I think there's an opportunity to have that discussion, and then out of that discussion... Then decide. ...we make that dete …

Music playing Good morning, Judge. Good morning, Commissioners. Good morning, everybody. Very proud to be able to bring this resolution forward honoring an organization that has brought the arts and community into our neighborhoods. This is the Madeline Park Shakespeare Festival. And since 2022, they have made Shakespeare free, family friendly, and really just a fun event for all people who get to go. Their bilingual productions meet our community where it is, and obviously both in English and Spanish, and that way every family can feel at home out there on the lawn at Mad eline Park. And so I want to go ahead and call up the folks who came for the resolution. I don't know if I see everybody in the audience, but I want to recognize the Artistic Director Jay Stratton, the Executive Director Sidney Monroe-Gaglio, and Mr. David Mills, and everybody else who is behind the scenes, who's on stage , the actors, the volunteers, the vendors, the performers, of course, everybody who makes the festival what it is. And I'll go ahead and read the resolution, and then we can hear from our guests. So the resolution states, whereas the Madeline Park Shakespeare Festival, MPSF, is a public arts organization committed to making Shakespeare free, family friendly and fun, and accessible to all El Pasoans through an annual festival and local high school production tour. And whereas NPSF was born of Artistic Director Jay Stratton 's vision to create a free Shakespeare Festival in the heart of Kern …
