I. Welcome and Call to order [George Bourg]. II. Roll call. Quorum established [George Bourg]. III. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance [Riley Gros]. IV. Public comments. The chair called for public comments. No speaker cards were received. V. Approval of Minutes. Upon motion by Riley Gros, seconded by Michael Sears, the Board voted to dispense with the reading of the m inutes of the previous meeting. Motion carried. VI. Financial Report & Fiscal Matters. All financial reports prepared by the accountant, Sonja Labat , were approved . Motion by Michael Sears, seconded by Kim Lirette. Motion carried.
