Staff gave a report on the item. The applicant, Lorie Stewart, answered questions of the Commission.
Commission members had issues with Vitrolite being removed from the building without approval. The
Commission was not in favor of the colors. The Commission indicated to the applicant that a new plan
that keeps the Art Deco design of the building in tact with a color choice similar to adjacent buildings
