BE IT KNOWN that on the 26th day of January 2026 the Honorable Commissioners Court of
Parker County, Texas, convened in regular session hereof in the commissioner’s courtroom on
the first floor of the Parker County Courthouse, One Courthouse Square, Weatherford, Texas, for
the following purpose, to wit:

Commissioner Conley PCT 1
Commissioner Holt PCT 2
Commissioner Walden PCT 3

County Attorney John Forrest
County Clerk Lila Deakle
Absent: None
Note: This meeting was originally scheduled for January 26, 2026; however, due to extreme weather
conditions that interfered with the ability of the Commissioners Court to convene as posted, the court
rescheduled this meeting to be called to order on January 29, 2026 at 9:00am per procedures allowed
under Texas Government Code 551.0411.
